There are conversations that we really need to have, but don’t. These critical conversations are not only important, they are crucial, even essential if we want to be effective and productive. They are required for understanding as well as for creating workable solutions, yet almost everybody avoid them. If and when we do eventually have the difficult conversation, they are usually ten-times more difficult because over time they become convoluted and contaminated. They are contaminated with misinformation, gossip, assumptions, suppositions by eneuendo, fears of worst-case scenarios, worrys about our reputation, apprehensions about losing fact, and more.

As trainers these are the difficult conversations that you need to have with your collaborative partners or those who could become potential partners. Some of the conversations are with participants in your trainings who create various problems or troubles for you (as David noted in his recent article). Some of the conversations could be with other NLP trainers in your city or Neuro-Semantic trainers in your Institute.
