Within the Neuro-Semantic community we promote and actively encourage collaboration. I wrote about this in last year’s Trainers' Reflections #29. In that post, I was talking about the collaboration between trainers, sharing ‘intellectual property,’ co-training, referring each other, etc. In this post I want to encourage you to collaborate on a wider scale. Why? So you can become more successful business people!

Collaboration in order to grow your business doesn’t have to be just with other Neuro-Semantic trainers, NLP trainers or Meta-Coaches and other coaches. Don’t get me wrong, it’s an excellent form of collaboration yet just like a meta-program that informs us what we’re paying attention to; it also informs us of what we are deleting. If we focus just on collaborating within the community, we can delete the idea of collaborating outside of it. I notice on Facebook and LinkedIn that people make the mistake of connecting only with those in their own field. This is great in many respects, but you’re less likely to have a demand for another trainers/coaches services; or they yours.
