If people today truly need anything—it is resilience. Since the Pandemic, thousands of businesses have closed and/or gone bankrupt. The hopes and dreams of people have been knocked-down and their finances set-back. This is especially true in the field of training and development, in the field of coaching, and in consulting. Even though it is now 5 years since the world first locked-down and 4 years since it has it re-opened, lots of people are still reeling in fear, worry, uncertainty, indecision, etc. They need resilience.

They need a new and different kind of spirit—a spirit which keeps hope alive, which does not submit to the negativism and pessimism of the world around them. This is all the more important with the ubiquitous presence of the internet and social media which immerses us in loads of fear, dread, suspicion, doomsday messages, etc.
