I had a thoughtful conversation with Jairo, who owns, leads, and trains via the NLP Center (INAP) here in Rio de Janerio today. Our conversation turned to how NLP was doing in Brazil, and Jairo noted that it was not doing very good. During the Pandemic, trainings came to a complete stand-still and even though the Pandemic is over, many have not started up again. Many others have found it “easier” to do Zoom meetings, and given the economy, it is not like it was before. His words resonated with what I have noticed that is going on in many other countries. Later, as a kind of summary, Jairo said that the Pandemic has been very destructive to the field of training.
