ON-DEMAND TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY

I am participating in the preparation training towards the PCMC 2022 in México City that Ivan Robles is delivering. Since I cannot participate, in the real sessions schedule due to a class I must attend, Ivan records the session and then I can go through it at my own convenience, time, pace and mean. I take notes, go back and forth the sessions, clarify what I missed, and so on.

At first, not participating in the scheduled sessions, meant to me that it would be a total learning fiasco for my learning process and progress. Surprisingly it has been exactly the contrary. I have been able to get into the class several times, review all I need more than once, check it on my mobile phone, my laptop, during a flight, or waiting for an appointment. For me, this is “the” learning mode I need now and has been furthermore exciting and awesome.
