Do you have a favourite pattern to present? I am sure you still remember the APG pattern you had to present at NSTT? Most likely it is still a pattern you demonstrate very well, given that you presented it over and over during the 14 days. Interestingly, my all-time favourite pattern to demonstrate is not one we covered at NSTT, but it is the very first pattern in the Coaching Essentials manual, called ‘Perceptual Positioning’. In fact, there is very little written about it in the manual, only one and half pages. It only has 4 steps and at a glance may seem very simple, but it can have profound results. I have witnessed many breakthrough moments from people applying this pattern.
