What to say in marketing for a training can be something that overwhelms many trainers. I remember a time when I struggled a lot in this area until I discovered what really works. How do I know it works? I know from the participants themselves when they say that they felt the message in the Ad (advertisement) was for them.

Remember that your Ad or post announcing a training is being read and seen by a human being. This is a person who has struggles and aspirations; problems he/ she may be stuck with and looking for solutions. Strong and attractive marketing messages address this self-talk inside people. Even if this self-talk is happening on an unconscious level, if your message talks about a now and future that is applicable to the reader, they will stop at your Ad.
