A principle that has been around for international businesses is — Think globally, act locally. I like that. It describes how I have been thinking about Neuro-Semantics for the last two decades. And it has led to many of the decisions we have made. Globally we are about collaborating and demonstrating collaboration in how we keep raising the quality of NLP and Neuro-Semantic Trainings. We are about the self-actualizing of individuals, families, groups and countries so that men and women all around the world can become fully alive/ fully human. That’s the ultimate purpose of training, coaching, consulting, counseling, etc.

To that end, locally, we have created Institutes in a number of countries— Institutes of Neuro- Semantics. These are the local expressions of the global vision and mission. And to promote leadership, we have asked the trainers of each Institute to organize themselves so that they work together collaboratively as a living example of apply to self, professional ethics, high quality in training and coaching, etc.
