No belief should every be taken on and accepted without first testing it. Before you assume that something is real, absolute, and final as a truth—check it out. Put it to the test. When you think about the content of any thought, that thinking will not do you any long-term semantic danger. It’s just a thought. But when you believe that content, it very well could do you semantic harm and harm for a lifetime. Always check out the thinking in the belief and see if it is well-formed or not.

Beliefs come in many sizes and shapes. They can empower and they can limit a person. A belief can be toxic and poisonous to the mind and it can be nurturing and healing contributing to your well-being in every dimension.
