It began in 2019 when Eugen Popo contacted me from Romania. He had heard that I was “one of the best NLP trainers because I focused on quality.” I never asked him where he heard that, but I was glad that about that reputation in a country I’ve never been to. He asked that I come and do NLP training. I told him that the Practitioner course was a minimum of 10 days. “Whooo! That’s too long.” I then told him that I could do a 3-day Introduction to NLP focusing on Coaching or Professional Communication (“Coaching Essentials”). As we talked, I mentioned that we could make the focus Expertise and do 3-day course introducing Meta-States (“Accessing Personal Genius”). He liked that. So we started talking about when to do it in 2020.
