Biography
Teddi is known as the founder of Indonesia's the 1st NLP community, Indonesia NLP Society. Having learn NLP from various sources in his country, he wrote the most comprehensive NLP handbook in bahasa, NLP: The Art of Enjoying Life. His experiences in wide range of human resources management role gives him a holistic yet practical view of human. Ten years of deepening leadership topic, he come to the conclusion that leadership is about being fully human. Leaders are learners. Life long learners. So becoming a leader is not more than developing our self to live the life, fully. He is now writing his 3rd book on coaching with NLP, planning the book to become--again--the most comprehensive in his country.
