Here at my home in Middle Tennessee, we’re under many pandemic-related restrictions. I’m finding many of my upbeat friends are low energy and a bit angry. My work for the year has been cancelled. I’ve tried to write this Framers post on three different topics. None of them have much heart, soul, and conviction. I find myself going through the motions and missing the usual peak experiences. You may or may not be experiencing the same things.
The Human Process of Grieving Many are feeling the changes that have come with COVID. Patterns of familiar behavior are gone. They may be inspired by new opportunities and grateful for the good things that stayed the same. But, most of us mourn, at some level, the significant losses that have come with the pandemic. These losses be financial, relationships, health, or anything valuable and familiar.
