Professional standards
Represent qualifications accurately
Membership, qualification level and current professional standing are different records. Do not present a directory listing or a past training award as proof of a different qualification or current standing.
Resources
Respect access and ownership
Access to restricted resources depends on your account and recorded eligibility. Respect copyright and the permission stated with each resource. Do not share private member content or attempt to bypass access controls.
Bookings and purchases
Check the provider’s terms
Before booking an event, purchasing a resource or engaging a professional, read the terms presented by the relevant organiser or provider. A directory listing is not a booking or a service agreement.
