Website and member services
Privacy
How we use your information, what appears publicly, and how to ask for help with your data.
Accounts
Login and access
Account information is used to sign members in, connect verified member records, and protect restricted resources.
Member records
Directory information
Public directory fields are shown only when eligible and enabled. Private email and mobile values are not published.
Security
Spam and abuse protection
Security checks may be used on anonymous forms to reduce spam, credential abuse, and automated submissions.
Onboarding
Membership and credential review
Application details, training records and certificate evidence support membership and credential review. Access is limited by the account and institute responsibilities assigned within the platform. Changes and decisions are recorded for accountability.
Your choices
Profile and language preferences
You can manage the profile fields available in your member portal, choose whether to publish your profile, and update your preferred language in account settings. Turning off a public profile does not delete the underlying membership or credential record.
Communications
Messages and newsletter subscriptions
Contact messages are routed to the responsible recipient. Account and application emails support the service you are using. Neurons newsletter subscriptions require confirmation and are separate from account registration; subscription messages include an unsubscribe option.
Website operation
Sessions and security records
The website uses session information to keep you signed in and protect forms. Operational records help investigate failed requests, delivery problems and misuse. Optional connected-account sign-in is handled by the provider you choose.
Optional assistance
AI-assisted features
Some features can send submitted text, audio or certificate images to an AI processing service. Read the information shown with that feature before using it, avoid unnecessary sensitive information, and review any suggested result. You remain responsible for confirming your name and certificate details.
