If you are serious about being a professional trainer, coach, consult, and/or person involved in self- actualization, then there are certain things that you will want to do (if you are not doing them) in regard to your emails. Yes, emails! Yes, something as small and simple and everyday as emails. Actually, lots of things have been written about how to send great emails. Several years ago I reviewed a book by an NLP author on “NLP and Emails!” Yet until this moment, I’ve never written about emails, but here goes with a few of my recommendations to unleash your email potential(!).

1) Create and use a signature. More times than I want to count in any given week, I have to write back and ask, What’s your mailing address, or your website, or your skype address, or your phone number. And why do I do this? Because some Trainer or Coach has written to me asking for something like ordering books and they do not even have a signature on their email.
