BENCHMARKS FOR PRESENTATION SKILLS
During this year’s 2011– NSTT in Hong Kong, I came up with a new way of benchmarking the presenting and training skills.
During this year’s 2011– NSTT in Hong Kong, I came up with a new way of benchmarking the presenting and training skills. I based the new form on a continuum line, one running from 0 to 3.5 and below it I put the full list of the sub-skills that comprise the competency under consideration.
Also, I have attached the new form (in a PDF file) so that you can use these benchmarks in gauging yourself in terms of your public speaking skills. Also, I have done the same for the Meta-Coach core competencies and will be sending that out to the Coaches egroup.
