What challenges do you have in being a trainer? You may already be doing trainings for years, or just be planning on conducting trainings, or may already started, doing trainings few and far in between. How has your experience been so far?

Imagine yourself going up there, in front of a big crowd of people, talking about something you’re really passionate about. What state does it put you in? What thoughts come to mind? What could get in your way in becoming an excellent trainer?

I started with the intention of being a trainer because I wanted to have an impact in people’s lives. I wanted to talk to many people at a time to discuss the things I’ve learned that have made my life better. I wanted to have a voice in making this world an actualizing one step at a time. But, I had many blockages that limited me. While I had a very strong purpose in wanting to be a trainer, there were so many limitations that got in my way. These are some of those and how I dealt with them.
