COLLABORATION POLICIES

Given some of the messages that have been sent out on social media and because numerous people have been asking what’s going on and what is the stance of the international team, after lots of the discussions, we decided on the following as the basic policies about in-house competition and leadership within Neuro-Semantics. These policy decisions provides more explicit detail about the Vision and Values of Neuro-Semantics and especially what we mean by collaboration.
Policy #1: Collaborating and not dividing or competing against the Community.
The Vision and Values of Neuro-Semantics about collaborating, working together for a greater good, giving credit, and being professional means that we do not create competing “associations” with ISNS. Competing refers to any association that is created from out of the Neuro-Semantic community which does the same, or similar, things that we do in Neuro-Semantics. It refers to any association arising from people in Neuro-Semantics who invite and/or pull people from Neuro-Semantics into the competing association. It does not refer to NLP Associations since they do not do the same things.
