Ending our day with the pride to have accomplished a well-done work, ended, polished, mistake- free and delivered in-time is highly gratifying for ourselves, an example for our colleagues and a pleasure for our customers. Here are some reflective questions about this for you to consider:
1) What does my work mean to me? We all know how to help others on this one. What about answering this question now? Do you love what you do? Is this, what you are doing today, a meaningful activity? Does it match your highest intentions in your profession? Will this specific activity lead to achieve your professional goals? Do you feel comfortable doing this? How does it settle up into your body? What is your best state doing this? Is your mind-body-emotions system working for you? Are your focus and energy aligned? Regarding your outputs: is your performance high enough? Is it consistent with what you intended?
