“A well posed problem is half solved”

What’s the value of writing and sharing executive coaching practices for a Neuro-Semantic Trainer? In my opinion, a lot. Potential executive coaches expect methods and science for coaching. As well, they expect coaching practices in the C-Suite that allow them to make money as professionals and transform their coaching into a profitable business.

I remember a client in my first months as Meta-Coach. I was eager to apply my brand-new knowledge, my set of new tools, my new hammer. So, I wanted to “hammer” everything and everybody around. So I jumped into my new models searching for quick hits. I brought solutions from my own map and pushed him to “buy” them. I did not realize the importance of a full search beneath my client’s words and feelings, where his attention and frames of reference pointed out, what they meant to him and what his body and feelings were telling us. I did not reach the heart of the challenge and thus, did not provide the right solution.
