EFFECTIVE LEARNING AND META-PROGRAMS
As a trainer, I am ever concerned about helping learners learn faster and with greater understanding.
As a trainer, I am ever concerned about helping learners learn faster and with greater understanding. My concern is that the learners at least get the first three levels of learning: knowledge, comprehension and application (Bloom's Taxonomy). Are you also concerned about helping learners learn faster and with greater understanding?
Were you at the Master Practitioner programme held in Manila on 13 to 25 August, 2018? Altogether, Michael covered four tracks: Track 1 - Modelling, Track 2 - Meta-Programs, Track 3 - Mind Lines and Track 4 - Trance. Returning from the programme, an element that I began to be more conscious about, in the context of effective learning, is Meta-Programs. On Day 1 of the programme, Michael talked about Meta-Programs that may stop people from learning. Do you know about Meta- Programs that may be un-resourceful for learning? People running any one of these Meta-Programs may feel frustrated about your training and yet be totally unaware that that is caused by their Meta- Program.
