ELEVATING WORLD LEADERS THROUGH NS TRAININGS

My friend shared with me a video clip about Denmark being a “Yes Environment”. This means that they have interwoven positive statements into their everyday lives. For example, outside a restaurant, instead of “no dogs allowed”, it says “dogs can be tied up here”. The video goes on to say that teachers are trained to use positive reframing. Instead of saying “don’t run”, they say “let’s walk with quiet feet”. Denmark has a Ministry of Children that has written a policy: Guide kids with possibilities, not prohibitions. My heart leapt as I was watching that video. It’s what we have been studying in Neuro-Semantics, brought to life!

“How can we make world leaders think the way the Danish ones do?” I thought to myself, “How can we elevate our leaders to think with more possibilities and positivity?” Imagine a forum of world leaders, discussing about highest intentions and collaborative efforts for the common good of humanity. If we could produce leaders who care not for what they can get, but care for what they can offer. Do you want that, too? How do we do that?
