For the past few years Geraldine Hall and I have been facilitating a group for those in the Master Trainer track with the focus on getting our training benchmarks to a level 3.0 and beyond. As you are likely aware, one of the best ways to improve your skills is to get hands-on practice and receive high quality feedback on your performance, which is exactly what we did in our most recent session. Not only did what occurred in that session inspire me, but in fact it inspired me enough to write this article to share my experience with you.
hen we requested someone to volunteer for benchmarking, without hesitation Yudi Akbar from the Indonesian Institute of Neuro-Semantics raised his hand and stepped up to the challenge. He designed a presentation on the ‘Presence of Mind Under Pressure’ pattern, recorded himself delivering the presentation, and shared the recording with the team for feedback. I was inspired by his courage, commitment to growth, and his efficiency in sharing the video with us, which was only the beginning of my inspiration.
