FRAMING IS YOUR POWER AS A NEURO-SEMANTIC TRAINER
As a Trainer do you have the killer details for frames?
As a Trainer do you have the killer details for frames? Can your frames create the interpretative schema that classifies your training to a point?
Training to a great degree centrally involves framing. Who sets the frame, controls the game. I felt recently NSTT in Bali was layered with meaningful information within frames. If you were there, did you catch many of the frames? If you were not there at NSTT, ask someone who was there to share what frames they caught and engage in a fresh discussion to enhance our learnings.
Setting frames establishes meta-level contexts for evoking, eliciting meta-consciousness of beliefs and values in your training and for setting context for your participants learning. Framing is used to create response potential. Would you like to know how to fully engage your students potentials?
A great way to learn when to use frames is to consider when your learners have misunderstood, anything that created a problem, challenge, and doubt, from what you presented. The process for framing is supporting you to make statements that classify other statements and ideas to create a context for your learners understanding.
