GETTING BACK INTO THE TRAINING ROOM

Michael posted an update at the beginning of the month about how, “The Great Interrupt is just about over, and we can all get back to real life trainings.” This made me think… are you ready, are you still good enough? For most trainers around the world, it has been years since they have stood in a training room in front of a live audience. Even after the relatively short lockdown and restrictions on live gatherings here in New Zealand, it took me awhile to get used to being back training people face to face.
