How does collaboration fit into your business singularity? Where are you in your self- actualization collaborative path? Let me begin with my personal story. From an early age, I had a strong interest in wildlife conservation which I developed further as one of my talents. My passion and potential have generated value for others.

Throughout my professional development, I often experienced silo-mentality and competition for ideas and resources within the organization. I remember a senior scientist telling me, “teaching young professionals about our expertise will create our own competitors.” During that time, many of my organizational collaborations were at the lower level. “Dream teams,” characterized by high creativity and innovation, were rare, and I observed uncollaborative organizations being short-lived, while the more collaborative ones survived over time.
