When you consider hosting or sponsoring a significant training, a training that will last 8 days (ACMC) or 9 days (NLP Prac.), or even longer, 15 days (NLP Master Prac.), how long will it take you to plan and execute that training? Should you schedule it for a year out, 18-months, or could you do it all in six-months? What about three-months? What kind of a time frame is reasonable, rational, doable, and effective?
