Why am I in this business of doing training in Neuro-Semantics? What is my purpose? Business suffered greatly during the pandemic. Why am I still here? What are my role and significance? Especially when the chips are down, we doubt and question why we are doing what we do. How do you pick yourself up?
As a Neuro-Semantics Trainer, you are all too familiar with that when you begin asking the "why of importance" questions, it is about the highest meanings, intentions and purpose. Yet, the quality of the meanings depends on the quality of your meaning-making. To make high-quality meanings, you need to learn how to sacralise. In "Neuro-Semantics: The Book" Hall (2011) explains "Sacralizing refers to the ability to see a person or event “under the aspect of eternity,” to see things as precious, sacred, special, highly significant and important." (p. 116). However, many people struggle to see the "aspect of eternity."
