Even though I had been fantasising about creating digital content for my training business for almost two years, the sad truth was that I answered (C) to the above question. When COVID-19 was declared a pandemic and lockdown mandated, all my scheduled training engagements were cancelled. That was when I had to immediately shift to online service. I am a newbie in that respect and that is why I continue scanning for news and developments that pertain to the learning and growth industry.
