INNOVATIONS IN NEURO-SEMANTICS
“Progress is our most important product.”
“Progress is our most important product.”
President Ronald Reagan
Edwards Deming who launched the Quality Movement in Japan and much later in the USA, said that “No company without a plan for the future will stay in business.” So his first of his 14 points for a company creating high quality was “Create Constancy of purpose for the improvement of product and service.” For Deming this mean ongoing research and development, innovation, continuous improvement of processes. And that implied a faith in the future and a specific plan for creative innovations.
With this in mind, we have established a “contest” for 2012 primarily for Neuro-Semantic Trainers, but also including Meta-Coaches, to encourage and facilitate this. I sent the following out last year prior to the September NSTT ... so we now have another 34 Trainers.
This is about our future. It is about believing that there are many, many more models and patterns as well as products, services, etc. that we can create that will enable us in Neuro- Semantics to fulfil our theme of actualizing excellence in the lives of people.
