As a Neuro-Semantic trainer, you obviously run trainings. Whether only the short courses like APG and the other gateway trainings, or Practitioner and Master Practitioner, or other trainings that aren’t explicitly Neuro-Semantic in nature such as in house trainings within your organisation. I’ve run APG, Prac and Master Prac, and several of the ‘Unleashing’ trainings time and time again for years. I’ve just finished my most recent Master Practitioner and last night started Practitioner over again. For many years now I’ve run the same Workplace Communication course through the local Chamber of Commerce and (through them) in-house for many local organisations – sometimes even back-to- back over and over for several days with different teams.

The point I’m trying to make is that anything that is repetitive can become ‘pedestrian’ for you as a trainer, and you may start to lack that initial spark of excitement you had when you first started as a trainer. If this happens, the quality of your delivery can easily diminish. So how do you avoid this? How do you stay, fresh, passionate and excited with the same content?
