LOVE THEM ANYWAY

Do you love your learners? “What’s love got to do with training/learning?” you may ask. Well, when people enter your learning classroom, have you ever come across those who are unsure and hesitant? How about those who are resistant and unreceptive? Have you met people who are quiet and withdrawn? What about people who are full of themselves and constantly challenging you?

In such situations, how much learning is happening in the room? How effective are you as the trainer? Is this what you want? Would you rather create the learning classroom that people learn and experience joy in the process? Do you want people who are productively engaged in the training? If you answered “Yes” and “Yes”, then the first thing that you need to do is to create a learning environment where people feel safe (Safety & Security) and supported (Love and Belonging). To achieve that, you need to Love Your Learners.
