Years ago, thinking about the kind of leadership we need in Neuro-Semantics, I picked seven leadership traits and developed benchmarks for those seven qualities. That article (“Neuro- Semantic Leadership”) has been on the website since that time as well as in the NSTT manual. Why? Because leadership is such a critical factor. This is true of leadership in the home, at the office, in organizations, in communities, in government— everywhere! What were those qualities?
