There aren’t many Neuro-Semantic Master Trainers. There are plenty of NLP ‘master trainers’ who got their certification just by showing up or by ‘time-served’; being a trainer for several years. But even as a Neuro-Semantic Trainer, you are better than that. Why? Because NSTT isn’t just a ‘turn up and get certified’ training. There are benchmarked competencies. The benchmarks act as a guide to your skill and enable you to grow exponentially.

I’ve been team leader at NSTT many times. I’ve noticed the strategy of some is to look at the 3.5 level skills and try to weave as many as those into their presentations as possible. This is a mistake and it isn’t the strategy I used to get to be one of top presenters who presented to the whole group at my NSTT Trainers Training in 2007, or the strategy I used to get to Master Trainer.
