In thinking over how I want to introduce NSTT this year, I’ve asked myself the question, “So what is the essence of what we’re doing?” And “Why are we doing this, really?” Now the superficial answers to “what are we doing and why” go to the most obvious things: We are training people to become trainers, we are facilitating the development of trainers who can make a good living by offering trainings, we are raising the quality of trainers in the fields of NLP and Neuro-Semantics, etc.

After that come the richer meanings—we are raising the quality of NLP trainings and taking it to a high level, a level governed by the highest standards in the world. We are developing trainers who not only know the content, but who live it, and by living it become examples of it.
