Day 2 starts and deals with three things that could be troubling to you as you access your personal genius: emotions, concepts, and hurts or traumas. Once those have been dealt with, we are ready to take the great concepts— principles, philosophies, understandings, etc. that we know and understand, but don’t do and embody them. By embodying them, we can thereby commission our body to operate and be in the world as informed by that concept. This describes what the Mind-to-Muscle pattern is about.
That you and I know more than we do is the perennial human problem and dilemma. But our nervous system is designed to embody and actualize knowledge. The principle governing this is that it takes more neurology to say a belief than a concept, and even more to express a decision. Given that, we can then use language to linguistically drive a great idea into our neurology and thereby give ourselves a chance to feel what we know. In explaining this pattern, use typing, tying a shoe string, riding a bike, driving a car, playing some sport, etc. as illustrations for how to get your body to know something that you may consciously no longer know.
