Many years ago, I was appointed to conduct a series of training programmes for lecturers at a university in Malaysia. This was part of their competency level assessment requirement. In one of the classes where all of the lecturers were professors or associate professors, one of them stood up and sincerely asked the question, “We, lecturers, are amongst the most learned and knowledgeable people in the country. Why are we still poor?”

I was taken aback by the question. Yet, I managed to facilitate the discussion to an answer that they were quite happy with, and was a significant discovery for them. Being professors meant that they had advanced knowledge and specialised in a particular field of study, such as engineering, medicine, architecture and so on. Being rich required another skill; that of personal finance. When they acquire this, they can be rich as well.

We are Neuro-Semantics Trainers and we are skilled in the technology of human achievement. With these skills, we help people to achieve happiness, health and wealth. Are you happy? Are you healthy? Are you wealthy? That last question bugged me! Happy? Check. Healthy? Check. Wealthy? AUGH!
