I did my NSTT back in 2012 in Grand Junction. My experience was a breakthrough in my profession as coach and trainer. For me, fully understand, experience and practice Neuro- Semantics has been like “saddling a brave bronc”. Demands patience, practicing, asking for feedback, refresh concepts, practice, more feedback, on and on.

While delivering a two days’ workshop the past weeks, I felt the need to review and actualize my “big why” as trainer. Who do I become, or want to become, as a trainer. Reviewing my identity construction has become critical at this point. This means reflecting, recharging and embodying our identity as trainers as part of our regular practice and rituals. I divided the process into three segments. The thinking part, in abstract (semantics), the performance and embodiment (neuro) plus taking ownership with our intention to close the knowing-doing gap.

1) Reflecting in my identity as trainer “in abstract.” I reviewed what frames I am using, and then reframe and refresh my meanings, values, and beliefs. I reviewed how I understand who I am, conceptions, disembodied notions, such as labels, classifications, philosophical concepts of self and my highest values met.
