SEIZING THE BUSINESS OF CHANGE

If we, trainers, believe that change is constant, then change is also one of the biggest business and training opportunities worldwide! Imagine how many organizations require their managers to steer change in business systems, structure, and strategies. Think of how many managers experience a huge gap between wanting to perform the change but not knowing how to. Imagine, therefore, the training business we could seize as we equip companies and managers in performing the business of change and perform it at a higher level.

I recently conducted a four-day program on change for managers of one company. The design was a bespoke training to suit the requirements and taste of the training manager. The company’s Board mandated their extension offices to evolve from just being extension offices into becoming the mini- and future-fit versions of the head office and raise the level of service excellence. Great vision, nice intention!
