“What’s the difference between a top trainer, a highly skilled international trainer and a trainer who is not at that level?”

That was one of dozens and dozens of NLP Trainers asked me in a 90 minute interview in Moscow recently. The group were a group of trainers that Andrei Pligin had trained in Russia since the early 1990s. Andrei was the person who established the first NLP center in Moscow which continues to this day as the largest and most successful. And over the years he and Alexander (Sasha) have certified 10,000 practitioners. Yes, you read that number right— 10,000!

And in the process they have run Trainers’ Training to prepare and equip trainers for Russia and the countries around Russia. And a group of them was at my training this year, as they always are, and they wanted an extensive interview with me about training, about NLP worldwide, about the history of NLP, the future of NLP and lots of other things.
