Today I am on my way to the NLP Leadership Summit in Alicente Spain. This is our 4th Summit and the very first 3-day Summit. We have between 30 and 35 Leaders from the field of NLP, from all over the world planning to be there out of the 100 that is on the website: www.nlpleadershipsummit.org. And we are gathering to have a conversation.

For as long as I’ve been in NLP (1986), everyone I have ever talked with has asked, “How come the leaders of NLP don’t talk to each other? How come they do not work together? How come they argue and divide? How come they do not apply the basic NLP Communication Model to themselves?”
