I have this theory that anything can be fixed with Meta-Programs. Just think about it, in how many contexts were you able to get away with your understanding of either your own set of Meta- Programs or the other’s or the combination of both? Probably a lot more than you are consciously aware of. It’s true that understanding Meta-Programs is the key to achieving your objectives, especially ones that involve interactions with people; whether you are trying to win an argument, mobilize someone to do something for you, or even just “empathize” with the other’s model of the world. There is no easier way to do so than by identifying the running Meta-Programs and either capitalizing on them, or neutralizing them. Now the real question is, how do you use this knowledge to the best of your interest inside a training room?

I like to divide any training into 3 main stages:

1) Objective Setting and Intention Building.

2) Knowledge Accumulation/Awareness Creation.

3) Q & A Sessions for Knowledge/Awareness Solidification.
