The key to a resilient mind is in your mind’s matrix. For thousands upon thousands of years through time-binding activities, you were born in an unchosen matrix of frames of reference, frames of meaning, and frames of mind. We call this Matrix in many different ways: mind perception, personality, culture, reality, and so on. In more technical terms, it is also called your self-reflexivity, self-recursivity, and the infinite regress. The previous generation learned and encoded using language, mathematics, art, science, and others, and we begin where others ended.

We perform by encoding and binding previous and new experiences and symbols into our mind-body system frames of beliefs, values, knowledge, understanding, and hundreds of other frames of mind structures that come together. These are the set of filters, constraints, and maps through which we perceive life, ourselves, and others. This Matrix is your internal working model of the world that will continue to change and evolve with each new generation of humans. You use it to navigate through thousands of life experiences.
