When you embarked upon the training business, what were some of your goals? Do you want people to enrol in your training? Do you want them to be happy with the training that you provide? Do you dream of becoming successful in the training business and making lots of money from it?

That was how I started in the training business. However, over the years, my intentions began to blossom from those initial goals. I began to be curious that people were able to apply and use what they learned in the learning classroom. I wanted to know if they gained usefulness from the training and if it enriched their lives. I wanted to see people change and grow. I desired people to be self- actualising in their lives.

As I interacted with other Neuro-Semantics Trainers in the community, I observed that there is a certain way of thinking and behaving that distinguishes a Neuro-Semantics Trainer. Here is my observation of The Mindsets and Practices of a Neuro-Semantics Trainer.
