"Take care of your attention and purify your intention" a Chinese proverb that has served me very well. Managing your intentions can give you power. Real power. Let's look at the etymological root: Intention, from a Lain root intent: "stretching, purpose, action of stretching; increase of degree or force”; it also refers to “purpose, design, aim or object, will, wish, desire” (1).

Now, let’s see the root of the word attention: Ad: to and tendere: stretch "a concentration of the mind on a single object or thought, especially one preferentially selected from a complex, with a view to limiting or clarifying receptivity by narrowing the range of stimuli” (2).
