Introduction by L. Michael Hall:

When Andrew sent in his royalty statement for 129 people who he has trained and certified this year, I asked him if he would write about how is it that he is succeeding with in getting so many to his trainings. Last year (2010) Andrew certified 218 people in NLP and APG. So he must be doing something right when most of the world is suffering this recession. “What are you doing that other Neuro-Semantic NLP trainers would benefit knowing about?”

What explains succeeding at getting people to NLP and Neuro-Semantic trainings? Michael asked me to identify what I’m doing and in thinking about it, I realized that maybe part of the secret is what I was not doing. What I was not doing was just common sense to me so, for me, it didn't make sense that other NLP Trainers didn't know about it already.
