As a Neuro-Semantics Trainer, do you want to become more compelling in delivering training? Do you want to deliver training and demonstrations with greater ease and confidence? Do you want to develop more confidence in training? Can the skills of coaching enhance your skills as a trainer of Neuro-Semantics?

I initially decided to pursue Meta-Coaching, not to become a coach, but to enhance my training skills. I was wondering if it could. Little did I know how much it would! Here are three unexpected benefits that I discovered after learning the skills of coaching.

1. The confidence to demonstrate patterns. The skill for demonstrating patterns is a core skill that every Neuro-Semantics Trainer needs to master. A pattern proceeds one step at a time. Initially, I was tense and fearful that the volunteer will not proceed according to the steps. I would torture myself, “What if he doesn’t give straight answers to the script Michael prepared? What if he goes round and round in a circle? Oh God! Please don’t let me get such a person as a volunteer!”
