When you set a date for a training, announce it, put out your information in the flyers that you create, and then start up-selling to that training by various events, you set in motion a series of things designed to create a successful training. Great! Will you succeed? And when you get your participants into the training room, will you be able to handle it? Critical questions, right? And questions that will determine whether you will make it as a trainer. I recently have received feedback about several trainers as well as some discussions with some Neuro-Semantic Trainers that suggests offering some of the following recommendations.

Ideally, when you prepare to host a training, you will inspire lots of people to see the value that the training will have in their lives. You will sell those benefits so that people will invest their time, money, and energy to come for a transformational experience. Now it’s time to deliver and in delivering on your promises you have to manage lots of things and managing the many facets requires skills on your part.
