If you want a test— a big one—a real one, a test which will put you to the test regarding your attitude, and whether you really care about others and whether you actually have your ego out of the way and if you really believe in collaboration, I’ve got one for you. But before I present it, here is an interesting reflection and question about what is most typical among trainers.

When it comes to most trainers, have you ever noticed how that very seldom there are “students” of that trainer who excel that trainer? No one seems to be as talented, as good, as insightful, as engaging, etc. as the Trainer. Why is that? How is it that the trainer is always “the best” in just about everything and there’s almost no one around him or her who excels the trainer in something— training, caring, creating humor, being charming, and on and on? How do we explain this very strange phenomenon?
