Yes, why indeed? What is the need? What will that accomplish? What is this all about? Great questions, wouldn’t you say? And that’s what I was asked recently. So as usual, the questions made me think and think and think some more about this. Here’s are some of the thinkings that I did.

First, we in Neuro-Semantics (and NLP) model excellence and excellence in training and this area of presenting represents yet another area where men and women who speak in public for a living, who work with adults (and even children) can develop their skills to ever-higher levels of excellence. So why have we developed the Master Trainer Track? Precisely to encourage and facilitate the development of expertise in presentation skills. And having begun setting benchmarks for trainers, as we continue to observe those who are truly masterful in this area, we are continually finding distinctions of those higher skills. And of course, if there are distinctions that comprise the structure of excellence, then there are ways of transferring those distinctions so that others can become truly experts in that area.
